SECURITY: This is a secure order site using SSL encryption and hosted by Yahoo!, one of the most respected companies on the Internet. It is as safe, or safer to use your credit card here as it is at a walk in store or restaurant. PRIVACY: Any information that you supply to us including credit card number, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc. is kept strictly confidential and used for RHAD Performance internal purposes only. RETURN POLICY: All returns must be approved in advance and no package will be accepted without prior return authorization. Call or e-mail us with a complete description of the reason you want to return the merchandise and you will be advised of the appropriate exchange procedure. Defective items may only be exchanged for like items. Due to the limited availability of some items, RHAD Performance's maximum liability will be limited to the refund of the purchase price, tax and shipping, in the event the item can not be replaced with a like item.

If you would like to return an item for a refund, first it must be in brand new condition, packed as it originally came with all of the retail packing materials including retail box, manual, accessories, etc. Keep in mind that we have to be able to resell the item as new, otherwise it is worthless to us. Ask yourself: Would you buy this item as brand new, or has it obviously been returned by someone? Some items are very easy to clean up and repack in their original containers. Other items, such as those that are sealed, or those that are difficult for us to test can not be returned unless they are defective, and then only for exchange. If the retail box is damaged, or the packaging has been written on, etc., forget it. It is best to inquire about the specific item you wish to buy beforehand if you are contemplating returning it. There is a 10% restocking charge on non-defective items returned for refund. This restocking charge will be waived for exchanges. In any case you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.

PAYMENT: The easiest way to pay for an order is with your VISA, Master Card, Discover or American Express credit card on line. You have the assurance of the Yahoo! Store order system's tight security measures behind every purchase. In many ways it is safer to use your credit card for a purchase at RHAD Performance than it is to give your credit card to a waiter at a restaurant. If you feel more comfortable calling us to give your credit card number over the phone, please do so. If your credit card is issued outside the US or Canada, there are special requirements. Please see the International Order Instructions for more information.

You may also pay by check or money order. If paying by check or money order, you must place the order over the phone by calling our office at 858-538-1424 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific time Monday through Friday. We can only hold items ordered without a credit card for five business days, so we recommend forwarding the payment via Priority Mail. Please allow adequate time for personal checks to clear the bank. Sorry, no CODs can be accepted.

We also accept payment via PayPal. We can only ship to addresses that are confirmed through PayPal. We do not accept PayPal for orders outside the US and Canada.

For some customers, a wire transfer may be the most convenient method of payment. There is an extra $25 fee for the processing of wire transfers. Contact the sales department for details on the wire transfer requirements. Wire transfers are typically used for large orders in excess of $1000.00.

SALES TAX: California residents will be charged the appropriate state sales tax which will be calculated when you enter your order and displayed on your order form. If you are buying for resale and have a valid resale permit issued by the State of California, please contact us to fill out a Resale Certificate.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: All items on our web site will be shipped either from our warehouse or one of our distributors' warehouses, located strategically throughout the country. For transit time from CA to your destination, check out the ground transit time map. Every order is professionally packed with care to insure safe delivery to your door step.

Select a shipping option from the order page and the appropriate cost will be displayed on your order form. You can use the back button on your browser to try different shipping methods and view the applicable cost. Please note that we will need a physical street address for all deliveries. UPS, FedEx and Airborne can not deliver to a P.O. Box.

We do offer Priority Mail to our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and to APO/FPO addresses as UPS and FedEx do not offer a competitive alternative to those destinations. Contact us for rates to these destinations.

QUANTITY LIMITS: Due to the limited availability of some of the items in our store, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any particular item that one customer can purchase.
